SimpleGrid is a toolkit for building and teaching science and engineering gateways to cyberinfrastructure. SimpleGrid adopts the technologies used in GISolve (TeraGrid GIScience Gateway). The design of SimpleGrid takes a component-based approach so that individual modules can be reused and extended in building sophisticated science and engineering gateways. SimpleGrid provides both programming interfaces and automated scripting mechanisms to sandwich applications between web portals and cyberinfrastructure resources and capabilities.
SimpleGrid 0.6.2 package (with GridShib SAML tools 0.4.1)
SimpleGrid 0.6.1 package (with GridShib SAML tools 0.3.x)

Note: The “cert.tar.gz” mentioned in the tutorial document refers to the CA directory specified by $X509_CERT_DIR in your Globus environment (by default, /etc/grid-security/certificates or $HOME/.globus/certificates). If you are a TeraGrid user, please ask TeraGrid helpdesk on how to get it.
